I liked that we get to learn about Alex the man before we learn about him as the hero. He’s loved by all and is definitely the ladies man of your dreams. But this cowboy gets roped down by a woman on vacation that he never planned on.
River is definitely a woman who isn’t afraid to speak her mind. After a TERRIBLE circumstance with her now EX-man, she’s taken time for herself on vacation. Of course this solo flying career woman meets are charming as ever cowboy and sparks FLY! Alex is prepared for just about anything that comes out of River’s mouth whether it’s shooting him down or hittin’ him up, he’s game. Now add in a little surprise to our story and there is drama about as per usual with every KF book.
